Yin Yoga
You will not have to use the strength of your muscles or your balance to maintain the asanas. We work on the structure of the connective tissue (fascia), tendons and ligaments.

We provide tools to introduce the practice of yoga. Classes work through music, stories, theater and dance, as well as drawing and body language. The playful aspect is essential.
Beginners
We learn, in several sessions, the basis of Hatha vinyasa through breathing and concentration to put your body and mind in shape.
