    We work conscious breathing and postures (asanas) through concentration and abstraction of the senses, releasing tensions while gaining strength and flexibility.

  • Yin Yoga

    You will not have to use the strength of your muscles or your balance to maintain the asanas. We work on the structure of the connective tissue (fascia), tendons and ligaments.

  • Private classes

    Focused on people who want personalized attention to enhance learning in the practice of yoga.

  • Pregnant

    Dynamic classes where we work on postures synchronized with breathing and focused on opening the hips and pelvic floor. Learn to take care of yourself and your baby.

  • Yoga for kids

    We provide tools to introduce the practice of yoga. Classes work through music, stories, theater and dance, as well as drawing and body language. The playful aspect is essential.

  • Beginners

    We learn, in several sessions, the basis of Hatha vinyasa through breathing and concentration to put your body and mind in shape.
